German Speaking Sales Support Consultant

• Analyse multiple inbound and outbound communication channels according to clients’ specific requirements
• Contact short-listed potential customers for lead generation
• Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to our clients’ sales teams
• Maintain accessible file systems for administrative and sales professionals

• Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings, as well as meetings between clients and their customers
• Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes
• Provide administrative assistance to Product and Sales management teams as required
• Perform data entries regarding sales conversation rates of clients, overall sales figures, metrics and other key data

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken German & English is essential (not negotiable!)
• Tertiary education in any business related field advantageous
• Have a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi- task
• Computer literate with MS-Office, especially Word, Excel
• Experience in a contact center/ sales support environment preferred but not essential (we do train our people well for our environment)

• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
• Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Accurate and having attention to detail whilst working under pressure
